Swimming

We are half way through our swimming lessons and I am very pleased to see great listening, self management and lots of fun!!  Below are some pictures of us swimming and some writing about what a great time we are having.

I went to the Aquatic Centre.  It was fun.   My buddy was Danica.

We went to the Aquatic Centre today.  Everyone teaches.  We learn to be safe when we are in the swimming pool.

SWIMMING
Today we went on a bus to the Aquatic Centre.  We firstly got changed and put our swimming tog bag away by the window.  Then we lined up with our buddy.  Then we went into the learning centre and waited at the side of the pool.  When our teacher was here we could get in.

Chickens

During the last week of Term 3 Kalan's Mum, Mrs Parker, visited us with Adam and Olivia from Broadgreen Intermediate.  They brought with them two very cute chicks and a wonderful story they had written to share.

They were cute and it was funny when he pecked the stalk of the apple. By Sebastian.

I really like the chickens.  They are cool and they are fluffy and I like the black one Shiver.  I would never forget them and they are cool and funny.  By Danica

Dioramas

Well done to those students who completed dioramas as part of our native New Zealand inquiry.  This was an optional activity so not everyone completed a diorama.  Those who did did a fantastic job!  Take a look for yourself:
